Getting Support

Raise a question or issue with your provider and follow it through to resolution.

The Support section is where you can raise questions or issues with your provider and keep track of them in one place.

Raising a request

  1. Go to Support and choose New request (or New ticket).
  2. Give it a clear subject and describe what you need. The more detail, the faster it can be resolved.
  3. Submit. Your provider is notified right away.

Following a request

Each request has its own page where you can:

  • See its status as it moves from open to resolved.
  • Reply to add more information or answer a question from your provider.
  • Read your provider's responses in one continuous thread.

You'll be notified when there's an update, so you don't have to keep checking.

When it's resolved

Once your provider marks a request resolved, you'll see the outcome on its page. If the issue comes back or you have a follow-up, just reply on the same request or open a new one.
