Your data belongs to you. Whether you are a Nuvio One business account holder or an end customer of a business that uses Nuvio One — you have rights over your personal data. Use this page to exercise those rights. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.

What You Can Request

Access My Data

Get a copy of all personal data we hold about you, including how it is used and who it is shared with.

Export My Data

Download all your data in a portable format (CSV, JSON, PDF) so you can take it elsewhere.

Correct My Data

Ask us to fix any inaccurate or incomplete personal information we hold about you.

Delete My Data

Request deletion of your personal data from our systems, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Restrict Processing

Ask us to limit how we use your data while a correction or objection request is being reviewed.

Object to Processing

Object to us processing your data for specific purposes, including marketing communications.

How It Works

Here's what happens after you submit a request:

Tell us who you are, what type of request you're making, and any details we need to locate your data.

We verify your identity — within 2 business days

We'll send a confirmation to the email you provide. This step protects you — we never share data with someone who can't verify who they are.

We process your request — within 30 days

We review and action your request. For complex requests we may ask for clarification. If we cannot fulfil a request (e.g. due to a legal obligation to retain certain data), we will explain why.

We respond with the outcome

You will receive a full response by email, including any data files, confirmation of deletion, or an explanation if we were unable to fulfil the request in full.

If you have an active Nuvio One business account, many data requests can be handled directly from your account settings without waiting for a manual review:
