Booking & Managing Appointments

Book a time that works for you, and reschedule or cancel from your portal.

The Appointments section lets you book time with your provider and manage what's already scheduled.

Booking a time

  1. Choose who you'd like to meet with (if more than one person is bookable).
  2. Pick a date, then choose from the available time slots for that day.
  3. Depending on the service, you may be able to choose a duration and a location (for example video call, phone, or in person).
  4. Confirm. You'll see the appointment in your portal, and your provider is notified.

Only times your provider is genuinely available are shown, so you can't double-book.

Rescheduling

  1. Open the appointment.
  2. Choose Reschedule and pick a new available time.
  3. Optionally add a short note explaining the change. Your provider is notified.

Cancelling

  1. Open the appointment and choose Cancel.
  2. Add a brief note if you'd like to explain why.

That time then becomes available again for others.

If you don't see a slot that works, contact your provider directly — they may be able to open another time.
