Booking & Managing Appointments
Book a time that works for you, and reschedule or cancel from your portal.
The Appointments section lets you book time with your provider and manage what's already scheduled.
Booking a time
- Choose who you'd like to meet with (if more than one person is bookable).
- Pick a date, then choose from the available time slots for that day.
- Depending on the service, you may be able to choose a duration and a location (for example video call, phone, or in person).
- Confirm. You'll see the appointment in your portal, and your provider is notified.
Only times your provider is genuinely available are shown, so you can't double-book.
Rescheduling
- Open the appointment.
- Choose Reschedule and pick a new available time.
- Optionally add a short note explaining the change. Your provider is notified.
Cancelling
- Open the appointment and choose Cancel.
- Add a brief note if you'd like to explain why.
That time then becomes available again for others.
If you don't see a slot that works, contact your provider directly — they may be able to open another time.
