Find files your provider has shared with you, and upload files they've asked for.

The Documents section is where files are shared between you and your provider.

Files shared with you

Documents your provider shares — contracts, reports, receipts, guides — appear here. Click any file to view or download it.

Uploading a file

If your provider asks you for a document:

1. Go to Documents and choose Upload.
2. Select the file from your device.
3. It's shared with your provider, who is notified.

Most common file types are supported. If a file is too large or won't upload, check the size and format, or ask your provider how they'd prefer to receive it.

Only you and your provider can see the files in your portal — they're private to your relationship.
