Reviewing & Accepting Proposals

Read a proposal your provider sent, then accept or decline it online.

A proposal is a quote or scope of work your provider sends for your approval before starting.

Reviewing a proposal

Open the Proposals section (or the link in your email) to read the full proposal — what's included, the pricing, and any terms.

Take your time. You can reopen the proposal as often as you like before deciding.

Accepting or declining

When you're ready:

  • Accept — confirms you're happy to go ahead. Your provider is notified and can begin work (and may convert the proposal into an invoice).
  • Decline — lets your provider know it's not right as-is. You can add a note with any questions or changes you'd like.

Questions before deciding?

If something isn't clear, reach out to your provider — through a support request or however you normally contact them — before accepting. It's better to ask first.
