Signing in to the Client Portal

How to sign in to your client portal — no password needed — and find your way around.

Your client portal is a private space where you can see your invoices, appointments, proposals, documents, and support requests with {business} — all in one place.

Signing in

The portal uses passwordless sign-in — there's no password to remember.

  1. Go to the portal link your provider shared with you.
  2. Enter your email address (the one they have on file for you).
  3. Check your email for a one-time code (PIN) and enter it.
  4. You're in. Your session stays active for several days before you'll need to sign in again.

Didn't get the code? Check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn't arrived after a minute, request a new one. Make sure you're using the same email address your provider has for you.

Finding your way around

Once you're signed in you'll see sections for:

  • Invoices — view and pay your bills
  • Appointments — book, reschedule, or cancel times
  • Proposals — review and accept quotes
  • Documents — files shared with you, and files you upload
  • Support — raise and track questions or issues

If you belong to more than one organization, you may be able to switch between them after signing in.

Your portal only ever shows your information. It's private to you and the business you work with.
