Wiki

Keep your team's internal knowledge — processes, policies, and how-tos — in a private, searchable wiki.

The Wiki is your team's private knowledge base inside Nuvio One — a home for processes, policies, playbooks, and anything your team needs to refer back to. It's internal only and never shown to clients.

Creating pages

  1. Go to Wiki and click New page.
  2. Give the page a title and write its content with rich formatting — headings, lists, links, and more.
  3. Save. Pages can be organized so related topics live together.
  • Attach files to a page (for example a policy PDF or a template).
  • Link a wiki page to relevant documents so the source files are one click away.

Keeping it tidy

  • Edit a page any time; the wiki always reflects the latest version.
  • Empty or orphaned drafts are cleaned up automatically so your wiki stays clutter-free.

The Wiki (internal team knowledge) is separate from the Knowledge Base you publish to clients in the portal, and from this Help Center about Nuvio One itself.
