Reminders

Never miss a follow-up with personal reminders.

What are Reminders?

Reminders are time-based alerts you set for yourself or your team about specific records — deals, invoices, projects, contacts, or any other item. When the due date arrives, the system notifies you so nothing important slips through.


Viewing Reminders

Go to Reminders in the top menu.

Filter by:

  • User — Reminders assigned to a specific team member
  • Status — Pending, Dismissed, Snoozed
  • Entity type — e.g., Deal, Invoice, Project, Contact
  • Entity — A specific record
  • Due date — Reminders due in a specific period

Creating a Reminder

From any record's detail page (a deal, invoice, project, contact, etc.):

  1. Find the Reminders section.
  2. Click Add Reminder.
  3. Set:
    • Due date and time — When you want to be reminded
    • Note — What to do or check at that time
  4. Click Save.

The reminder will appear in your Reminders list and trigger a notification when due.


Reminder Statuses

Status Meaning
Pending Active, not yet reached its due date
Snoozed Temporarily delayed — will resurface at the new time
Dismissed Acknowledged and closed

Snoozing a Reminder

If you are not ready to act on a reminder right now:

  1. Open the reminder.
  2. Click Snooze.
  3. Select when to resurface it (e.g., in 1 hour, tomorrow, next week).

The reminder will reappear at your chosen time.


Dismissing a Reminder

When you have taken action on a reminder:

  1. Open the reminder.
  2. Click Dismiss.
  3. The reminder is marked as dismissed and removed from your active list.

Sending a Reminder by Email

You can send yourself or a team member an email notification for a reminder:

  1. Open the reminder.
  2. Click Send Email.
  3. The reminder details are sent to the assigned user's email address.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I assign a reminder to another team member? Yes. When creating a reminder, specify the user it is for. That person will see it in their reminders list.

Can I set recurring reminders? Recurring reminders are on our product roadmap. Currently, each reminder is a one-time alert.

Where do reminder notifications appear? Reminders appear in the Reminders section of the app. You can also send email notifications manually. In-app notification alerts are on our roadmap.

Can I set a reminder on any record? Yes — reminders can be set on deals, invoices, projects, contacts, organizations, tickets, tasks, proposals, and appointments.
