Our application is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), a secure and scalable cloud infrastructure provider. Security is a shared responsibility between AWS and Nuvio Technologies LLC, our product development company. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible by authorized personnel.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or to provide the services you have requested.
5. End User Data
AI Chatbot Web Data Usage Our AI chatbot store web data to generate relevant and context-based responses. We only access and store publicly available data and strictly follow each website’s robots.txt directives to ensure compliance with their data usage policies. Customers have full control and can request to disable or remove any content they believe is not relevant or should not be used.
We collect data from end users who interact with the AI chat functionality on third-party websites where our service is integrated. All interactions are processed in real time. This data is visible only to the respective organizations where the chat functionality is enabled. Customers have the option to disable data collection if they choose; however, this data may help improve website content and analytics. We do not store any personally identifiable information (PII) of end users—only the questions they ask.
For the meeting scheduling service, we store the end user’s name and email address to allow them to view and manage their appointments. This information is accessible only to the respective business organization and the end user. All such data is automatically deleted within 15 days after the appointment date.
For the data analytics service, we temporarily store files uploaded by the end user during their active session to enable continuous interaction. These files are deleted automatically when the user signs out, unless the user chooses to retain them by selecting the relevant option.6. Chat Functionality
The chat functionality provided through our Platform is powered by OpenAI. While we do not store end user data, OpenAI may process interactions to generate responses. Please refer to OpenAI’s privacy policy for more information on their data handling practices.
