Getting Started

Log in, find your workspace, and learn the basics of Nuvio One.

What is Nuvio One?

Nuvio One is a business CRM platform that helps you manage contacts, clients, projects, sales, and your team — all in one place. Each business has its own private workspace that only your team members can access.


Logging In

Nuvio One uses passwordless login — there is no password to remember.

  1. Go to the login page and enter your email address.
  2. Check your email for a one-time PIN code.
  3. Enter the PIN on the verification screen.
  4. You are logged in. Your session stays active for 7 days before you need to log in again.

Common questions:

  • I didn't receive my PIN — Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, wait 60 seconds and try requesting a new one.
  • My PIN didn't work — PINs expire after a short time. Request a fresh one and enter it immediately.
  • I was logged out unexpectedly — Sessions last 7 days. After 7 days you will need to log in again.

Your Workspace

When you log in you will see your workspace — the private area for your business. The workspace has a unique URL identifier (called a slug) that appears in every page address.

If you belong to more than one workspace (e.g., you work for two separate businesses), you can switch between them after logging in.


The top menu contains links to all main sections:

Your Profile

Click your name or avatar to access your Profile page. From here you can update:

  • First name and last name
  • Phone number
  • Timezone

Setting your timezone correctly is important — it ensures appointments, reminders, and schedules display at the right local time.


Logging Out

Click your avatar or profile menu and select Log out. Your session is immediately ended on all devices.


Getting Help

  • Use the in-app support chat to ask questions — the AI assistant can answer most common questions instantly.
  • If the AI assistant cannot resolve your issue, you can raise a support ticket directly from the chat.
